Brand New Look – What do you think?
Posted on 17. Jun, 2009 by refe in NEWS
If you have been around for a while you have probably noticed the big changes that we’ve implemented here at Creative Deconstruction. We’re sporting a new look, more functionality and more content. Our goal is and has always been to provide our readers with timely, in-depth commentary on the business of music and other relevant industries like entertainment, technology and social media. The updates to the site are designed to support that mission and add a more engaging multi-media experience (much of which is still yet to come – stay tuned.)
If you have any questions, commends, criticisms, ideas, news tips, etc. please let us know! Just click the ‘About’ link at the top of the site and fill out the contact form. If we end up using your submission we’ll give you credit, so make sure you leave your Twitter user name or some other way for our readers to find out more about you.
WooThemes
I also want to make a quick note about the guys who designed the new version of Creative Deconstruction. Woo Themes is a group of web designers who specialize in creating websites to run on Wordpress and other CMS platforms. I’ve been so happy with their work that I wanted to make sure and give them a shout out. They also let me know that they are running a 4 for 1 special right now, so the timing seems to be right! If you buy one of their themes, you can pick 3 more for free. I highly recommend checking these guys out.
If you want more info on Woo Themes just let me know, or click here. and you’ll be redirected to their site.
Thanks, and please share your feedback!

very nice look to your blog.
Just a couple of little bugs maybe – or is it just my setup?
* clicking on the “continue reading” button almost always leads to the same entry: video-pick-phoenix… (except for the Trent Reznor story)
* not all the comments are showing: e.g. “5 Reasons Why the Performance Rights Act is a Bad Idea” shows only the first 5 comments
* the preview for leaving a comment seems a bit oddly placed, wrapping around the “Leave comment” button.
* GUI issue?: “Preview” is a default button and “Leave Comment” is an image button. Typically they should probably be more similar in style?
Experienced on Firefox and Safari on the Mac.

Not your setup – definitely bugs. Working on the ‘continue reading’ issue.
The comments seem to be a cookies issue (your not the first to report it – I see them all fine, so I didn’t catch that one.)
Thanks for the tips!

Alright, those bugs should be taken care of. Let me know if anyone still has trouble viewing all of the comments. Thanks!
